Quentin Lamar Johnson was born on March 4, 2004, in Chesterfield, Virginia. He was a loving son, brother, and friend whose life was tragically taken at the age of 21 due to gun violence.

 

From an early age, Quentin had a deep passion for sports, especially football. In high school, he distinguished himself as a standout running back, demonstrating exceptional talent, discipline, and determination. His dedication to the game earned him the opportunity to continue his athletic career at Hampton University, where he played on a full athletic scholarship as a member of the football team.

This foundation was established by Quentin’s loved ones to honor his legacy and to provide students with the opportunity to pursue their dreams in sports while obtaining a higher education. Quentin was a light in the lives of all who knew him, and he is deeply missed. It is our hope that this foundation will continue to shine that same light in the lives of others and throughout our communities.
